We use collected information to deliver the program, match students with cohorts, provide personalized feedback through MattersBot, measure program effectiveness, facilitate connections between students and employers, send program updates, improve our curriculum, and report aggregate outcomes to funders.

Your MattersBot practice sessions are confidential.

Practice conversations with MattersBot are used solely to provide you with feedback and improve your skills. We do not share your practice sessions with employers, universities, or any third parties. MattersBot data is never used for hiring decisions or performance evaluation.
